Chia seeds are agood source of Omega 3, Fatty acids , antioxidants, calcium, potassium, Iron and Fibres
.

Making it a healthy habit in morning not only to detoxifying your body but also helps in weight loss . .
( as a high fibres diet has been linked to weight loss) ..
(Just add lemon and 1/ 2 tbsp of chia seeds in a glass of water, leave up to 5-10 mins or untill they swell up before consuming :))
