GF Sweet Potatoes Tahini Loaf
Easy recipe for healthy paleo Tahini made with sweet potatoes and oat flour instead of white flour , i used tahini instead of oil because i love it , and tahini is one of the super foods that is packed with a lot of vitamins, minerals , & Omega3 fatty acids .
You can used peanutbutter or any nut butter will give a gread result too !
This loaf is such a yummy fall treat that is easy to make in a food processor. Gluten free, and dairy free made with real ingredients. Kid approved.
1 cup paleo flour ( i used oat flour )
1/2 cup Tahini
1/2 cup honey , ( you can use maple syrup if you’re vegan
1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes
2 eggs ( you can use 2 flax eggs if you’re vegan)
Chopped dark chocolate
Chopped fresh walnuts
Preheat oven to 350F. Line two small bread pans with parchment paper .
Mince sweet potato in a food processor or with fork manually until it reaches thicker consistency. Add rest of wet ingredients and combine until smooth.
Blend the dry with the wet ingredients and blend untill combined well ,
Evenly divide batter between loaf pans add walnuts and chopped chocolate.
Bake on 350F for 40-45 minutes until golden on top, you will know they are finished baking when a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
